Sweetys Spa Returns & Refunds Policy

At Sweetys Spa, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.


Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or supplier restrictions, including but not limited to personal care products, intimate apparel, and customized items.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed promptly to your original method of payment.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for items returned due to a change of mind, incorrect ordering, sizing issues, or any reason not related to a defect or error on our part.


Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. In these cases, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our return process.


Shipping Information

As a dropshipping business, some products may ship separately from different suppliers. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and destination.
